Solo challenge.

  • (1-4-7, 2-5-8, 3-6-9) 
  • Rest is allowed in between. 
  • On the 10th lap, you run together. Assistants allowed.

Into the Woods trail is a 24-hour endurance race.
During these 24 hours, your goal is to complete as many laps of each +20,5 km as possible.
You can stop after each lap.
How many laps can you endure?
TRAIL


Distance for one lap: +20.5 km.
Elevation gain: +250 meters per lap.
​Supplies: Start/Finish.

STARTING LOCATION COST

Starting location: Ruelle Baillieux 2.
BE - 1320 Beauvechain.
Cost: €50 per runner.
​Insurance not included / to be provided by the runner(s).



 COMPANIONS


Each runner may have 2 companions in Base Camp.
​Companions are not allowed to run.

​BASE CAMP


Base Camp is located at Start/Finish.
It is the only place where supplies can be provided.
Placing a tent in the field is allowed.
From May 18, 08:00 AM, tents can be set up.

RACE DAY
MAY 18 - 19

08:00 Opening Base Camp.
09:30  Briefing.
10:00  Race start - May, 18.
​10:00  Race finish - May, 19.


SUPPLIES

Water is provided at Base Camp.
A gas BBQ is available for everyone.
​Other supplies must be provided by the runners.

MANDATORY
​EQUIPMENT


Mobile phone with pre-programmed emergency numbers.
Flashlight for the night.
Possibility to carry a minimum of 1 liter of water.
Emergency blanket.
​Your best running legs.
